This review is a bit late, but very heartfelt — and well deserved. After being in a car wreck, I brought my car to Raphael’s Auto Body Shop, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. Raphael did an amazing job from start to finish. He handled everything seamlessly with the insurance company, took care of all the necessary details, and made the entire process feel stress-free during a time that could have been overwhelming. What meant the most to me was how genuinely taken care of I felt. Raphael made sure my car was completed as quickly as possible without compromising quality — and when I got it back, I was honestly ecstatic! My car looked brand new, like nothing had ever happened. The workmanship was flawless, and the attention to detail was incredible. I feel truly blessed to have been his customer. And a fun little detail I love — the name Raphael means “to heal,” which feels so fitting, because that’s exactly what he did: he restored my car and brought peace of mind during a difficult moment. Rafael repaired our white BMW. The work was performed promptly and professionally. It involved nearly a complete paint job. The color match was perfect and the texture and shine matched the unpainted panels exactly like factory.

We have used Rafael's Body Auto services since 2010 and every single time we were more than satified with the result and their services. They have serviced my daughter's, my husband's, coworkers and friends cars. I’ve been taking my cars to Rafael for years. My Porsche, Mercedes, Ford, Audi. Even motorcycles. Everything has been perfect and he/they are kind, helpful and fast. I have used Rafael 3 times now. in 2016, I broke my 08 BMW 335i's sideview mirror, so I bought a new one and wanted to get it painted. Rafael was HIGHLY recommended by my mechanic (Beemer and Benz). Rafael seemed very very knowledgable about the paintwork and what was required to ensure my paint job was 100% legit so I gave him a shot. I was very impressed with Rafael's professionalism, his attention to deal, his work and also the time frame he gave me. 2nd time: September 2020, I had an insurance situation on my Tesla Model S. Geico recommended their "Work Guaranteed" spots, while Tesla recommended one of their recommended body shops. I disregarded both and took my car to Rafael and dang was I impressed once again. Rafael not only made paint look incredibly amazing (blending with other visible parts of the car, but he did it for less than the Estimate given by Geico's recommended places. 3rd time: October 2020: After being convinced that there is no one better than Rafael for my cars, I took my 1974 BMW r90/6 motorcycle to Rafael to get the framework done (welding and painting).
